Proprietors Len & Matthew Rose offer more than 40 years of Real Estate experience, with exposure to many areas of Real Estate practice, including Residential Property Management, Strata Management, Residential and Commercial Sales.

Len’s career in Real Estate was established after serving 20 years in the RAAF, and completing a degree in Financial Management & Economics as a mature age student at WAIT (Curtin University).

Starting in residential, commercial and rural sales in Midland, he later joined the Professional group in Maddington as a salesperson specialising in Commercial & Industrial development, sub division and sales. He was licensee and co owner of the Professionals, PROWEST REAL ESTATE from 1988 to 1998 (10yrs)

Matthew started his Real Estate career in 1989 by undertaking a Sales and Management cadetship under Principal of Prowest Real Estate, Paul Rayner. He later completed his Triennial Certificate to be a Licensed Agent.

Matthew & Len realised that residential Property Management, Strata Management and Investment related Sales was a specialist field that was NOT being serviced in WA.

An opportunity existed to establish an agency with a difference.

Rose Realty commenced trading in October 1999 out of the home office of Matthew’s residence.

Expanding rapidly, Rose Realty moved to their original premises in BURSWOOD where they operated for over 12 years.

Built from the ground up with a single client with 16 properties to manage, Matthew & Len together with their professional staff have grown their family business into a successful agency.

Their success is a consequence of maintaining a belief that clients desire Quality Service with Personal Attention. Providing this and adhering to their Company Policy they continue to succeed in this specialised area of Real Estate..
